SUMMER TRYOUTS Boys 14's & 15's only Sunday May 20th 5:00pm-6:30pm Palos Courts 12221 Ridgeland Ave. Palos Heights, IL Boys 14/15s Summer Season Tournament Schedule Lewis University 6/10 Palos Summer Bash 6/23 & 24th $5.00 tryouts fee at the door Also need signed waiver and release form USA Volleyball Membership which is mandatory for any club tryout $32.00 $300.00 fee for summer session due 1 week after tryouts: includes practice 2 days a week, uniforms, court rental fee, practice ball which you will keep, insurance & coaches fees. Practice begins the week of May 27th days and times tbd. ONLINE REGISTRATION Prior to coming to tryouts
All registrations will be done via the USAV on-line registration system called Webpoint. In order to attend a tryout for ANY club, prospective athletes must be registered with the Great Lakes Region for the new season. If you have played on a club this past season you are still registered until 10/31. However, you must bring your USAV membership card with you as proof. Junior athletes, coaches, chaperons, as well as adult players who were previously registered with ANY Great Lakes Region Volleyball Club/Team are encouraged to go to the following link: https://webpoint.usavolleyball.org and request their login and password information. Once the system finds a match to your information you will be given access to your personal data that was previously uploaded to this national database from the previous season. Double check your personal information for accuracy and update your account if necessary. If the system does NOT find your record, contact Donna Smith at 773-767-8579 or Smithglrvb@gmail.com and she will check to see why the system does not find your record. Specific step by step instructions for player registration click here, or go to the Great Lakes Region website beginning September 1st when the system goes live for instructions for all other membership types.
Please make sure you bring in a copy of the online registration with you to the tryout, this will be used as proof you have registered with the Great Lakes Region. 17s return to practice after your high school season. All Practices will take place at Palos South Middle School 13100 South 82nd Avenue Just west of Harlem Avenue Please use back parking lot. When going to Palos South, you must enter through the back parking lot. The front gate will be locked. Just west of the school there is a side street you can use to get around to the back parking lot located on 133rd. Gym doors are located there also.
