1. Warm up time is 2-4-4 (court time, separate attacking includes serving) 2. For 12's, 13's, & 14's the coach must be at the court when their teams are officiating 3. For 15's - 18's the coach must be in the general area and accessible at all times 4. 13's will play bracket play in 2010 with 4 teams moving up and 4 teams moving down 5. The bottom half of the 12's league will allow a 3 ft. step-in for serving & a 5 pt. max serving rule 6. In the 12's league every player must play in each match 7. The 12's league will move to a 2/3 format for the 2010 league season 8. For the 18's & 16's league dates the top 4 brackets (32 teams) will play an automatic 3rd game (15 points) if one teams wins the first two games. This game will be a non-counting game in the record, but will allow teams to play all players for recruiting purposes. 9. Officiating teams must understand the following: a. No i-pods or cell phones on the court or at the score table b. No food on the court or at the score table c. Clubs and violators will be referred to the Great Lakes region office for sanctioning 10. A player may play with only one team from her club per weekend unless there are two separate league dates scheduled for that weekend. An example of this would be in the 18's, 14's, 13's or 12's when separate league dates are played on back to back days. Note for seeding weekends and for 16's league dates which are played over two days, a player must remain with the same team for the entire weekend. THE EXCEPTION TO THIS WOULD BE TO PREVENT A FORFEIT, BUT RESULTS WOULD NOT COUNT FOR THE TEAM USING THE INELIGIBLE PLAYER. 11. For the seeding weekends, NO team can be eliminated from the Gold division on points. If teams are tied in matches and sets, a 15 pt. set must be played to break the tie. 12. ANYONE CAUGHT WITH OUTSIDE FOOD IN ANY POWER LEAGUE FACILITY WILL BE FINED $25 TO BE DONATED TO ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. 13. There will be a $3 admission fee at all Power League events. 14. Spectators are not allowed on the courts at any playing sites.
